I was a little bit nervous before the audience. The Lawyer arrived end explained to me calmly what she would try to get in order to reduce the sentence to the maximum. She reassured me and got able to get even a better judgement that expected.

Better result than expected, well prepared and supportive
I had a very positive experience with Intolaw.
The outcome was better than I expected. The lawyer was well prepared and took the time to understand my situation and the context of the case. On the day of the hearing, she also coached me on how to present myself and what to say, which helped a lot. She clearly knew the Police Court and the local expectations, and even advised that the judge prefers to see the defendant in person, which I believe made a difference.
Two small suggestions for improvement:
1) It would be helpful to have a short virtual meeting with the assigned lawyer early on, so you know who will represent you and can align on approach from the start.
2) The day before the hearing, a brief confirmation email with the meeting time and when/where the lawyer will be present would reduce stress. I wasn’t sure what time to arrive and had to call the head office on the morning of the hearing.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend them.
