The web site needs work. I find it's flow to be poor. Also, I am a regular buyer of insurance from you, but when I log in using my account credentials it seems as though that information is not used to tailor the experience using y profile details.

We haven’t travelled yet but signing up and buying a policy for our adventure next year was very easy with easy to understand and make sense of all information available. We had a spelling error on the policy that was fixed with a phone call, which was fantastic.

We only ever use InsureandGo now for all our travel insurance purposes over the last 5 years at least. When doing price comparisons they have excellent value for money, the clarity of provisions is great, and it is easy to pick between levels as may be needed depending on the travel circumstances.

Disappointing telephone service
I called, during business hours, to confirm an item on the pds, a very long wait even after being told repeatedly, you’re next in the queue, approx wait 30 seconds. A very disappointing introduction to Insure and Go. I certainly hope that if I ever need to speak to a representative following an emergency, the service will be better.
