Goed price en service

Ordering process was fine, and no problem with the delivery, but I'm a bit annoyed there were 3 items out of stock and they didn't consult me about it before refunding only them and sending the other items.
It was 25 € worth of stuff! Their site shows items in stock and out of stock, so wouldn't have expected that.
They should have contacted me first, I would have canceled the whole order.
From abroad, the shipping fee is high, and there's a limit of £135 to avoid customs fees. Simply refunding 25€ without informing me first meant I lost that allowance as well as not getting the items I needed, meaning paying more postage elsewhere.

Levering en product conform afspraak.

I pass an order the 19 of december and no response to my messages by email or on the site, I was debited by pharma cova, I would just like to know if I will receive my order or if there is a product availability problem I will be reimbursed, delivery was supposed to be for the 21st, I am willing to wait, but what worries me is the fact of not having any answer. Fr.instacosmetic.com.
It’s ok no receive products but receive refund the 29 of december.

Goods ordered and paid on Tuesday, not sent until Friday. After the reminder on Monday: order cancelled without a single word of explanation. Customer service level -100.

Super snelle levering ,

I am very disappointed about the packaging. I ordered a small box of approximately 2x7x25 cm and received a huge box filled with airbags around it instead. In the tiny package (inside the big box) I ordered were bandages. They don't need special protection. They are not fragile. They are bandages!

First, I see this as waste which bad for the environment. I felt bad throwing the plastic air bags away, even though they claimed to be recyclable. I fail to see the need of using them at all when the ordered item is not fragile.

Second, a small package would have fit nicely inside my mailbox. The big box they came in would not. Luckily, I arrived exactly at the same time as the mailman did, so I could still get the package delivered to my home. Otherwise, I imagine it would have been taken to a post office where I would have had to go to pick it up myself.

The delivery itself was fast, though. Happened in about 24 hours.

I would just like InstaCosmetic to think of the nature and the size of mailboxes more.
