I’m writing this review about the fantastic service I received in your Stevenage branch this morning. My 9v cigarette lighter was not working, so unable to charge phones, I asked if they could diagnose electrical issues, the answer was “ not really but yes, if it’s a fuse issue” the team took my keys - a very short time later returned the keys informing me it’s now all fixed, showed me the blown fuse and didn’t charge me for sorting it out. Absolutely amazing customer service. I’m already a customer so can’t offer to let them do my future work as they already do, but can recommend the team to everyone else.

I can't recommend In 'n' Out Garage highly enough. They are by far the best place to get your car MOT'd. The service is always reliable, quick, and professional, with no hidden surprises or unnecessary work. The staff are friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my MOT!

Kettering Auto In and Out, met a very friendly lad who was manning customer service desk. Couldn't ask for better service when he gave me advice about my van in general. Tips on how to save on repairs and maintenance and also how could change my own oil without coming into the garage mid scheduled services.

When van was done, picking up was easy. All round I met 3 different front desk staff on 3 different occasions. All of them were very friendly and gave me full attention. Van was finished at the promised time too

First visit and I booked and paid online. Amazing service and Mister G in the Basingstoke branch gave me a realistic time frame and explained all of it. I’ve never felt comfortable taking my car to have work done but will definitely be back here.

I brought my car in for an MOT and service. I also had an issue with a tyre fitted by In n Out. The work was completed quickly along with the tyre issue. Very pleased once again with the service we receive from In n Out.

Excellent from start to finish

car booked in for 12.15 MOT and interim service, dropped it off at 11.40. went back at 14.20 thinking it would be ready but to my surprise they hadn't even finished the MOT. 20 minutes later i am informed it had failed the MOT due to binding nearside rear brake drum. I was told this would cost me £180 on top of the MOT and service cost. I found this hard to believe as it would have flagged it up on the dashboard, i had no choice but to let them do as my MOT certificate was needed. Finally my car was done, the time was now 17.15. a disgraceful time to have to wait around (5 hours) to do this is a complete joke. Instead of the initial quote of £227 i have now had to pay out £461 this final figure was way over what i was told. I would not recommend these people to anyone. unhappy and annoyed.

Called to get advice on tyres. Everything was explained very clearly. Said they would call when tyres were in so I didn’t have a wasted journey. Called the next day and had 2 tyres changed. So easy, no hard selling which was lovely and pricing is very good.

I have been going to In 'n' Out for years as I know that they always offer a great service and good value for money. During my recent trip they were able to help out with the cost of repairs and offered a more reasonable and competitive rate.

Booking was super easy online, and the guys at the branch were really friendly. My car was well looked after while I moseyed on down to McD's for breakfast and when I got back we all had a great chat about my holiday!

I am deaf I used British sign language I was a bit tense because of communication so I wrote down on paper to say what I need do with my car but I don’t need it as the man called Syd who was behind the reception and he can sign language I was so relieved and he explained clearly what my car need to fix
