Thanks Iceminds

In September 2024, Incredible experience, unforgettable sensation, group emulation... ideal for team building, surpassing oneself and awareness to take charge of one's life. Thank you JF for this initiation to Paris…

But the Second experience even crazier and more extraordinary, 4 days at La Ferriere with the icemind team…. Heavy, infinite surpassing of oneself both physically and psychologically…. From cold to breathing, a team that always puts together a great program but you don't know about it in advance... you discover every moment and you come out so much grown... thank you 🙏 JF, Pierre, Dorian, Tim and Matt...
I will never forget these moments which will be the beginning of a new vision of myself... and the meetings with the group, only beautiful people... friends for ice cream, hiking, aperitifs, personal trips but the power of the group gives you the strength to surpass yourself personally...

Challenge and long term life improvement

An amazing experience to learn how to live with cold and make the most of it, but also practice effective breathing methods that can definitely change your life.
The pedagogy is perfect, challenging yourself, whatever your beliefs or misconception, empowering you thanks to a caring approach and the group.
In the marvellous area of the French Alps.
If you re looking for a life changing experience, go ahead.

Ordered Hoodies and T- Shirts- Took…

Ordered Hoodies and T- Shirts- Took forever to arrive, so didn’t had Christmas gifts. Quality terrible as colours came out wrong and the sizing wasn’t correct.Had to sent it back and had to pay a fortune for shipment.Icy minded refused to refund the cost. Never again!!!
