The bag does not look the way it is shown on the website. The sides are crushed in and when I try to open them up they will not stay out, they awkwardly fall in. I would like to return but then have to pay for international shipping back.....

Delivery was fast, customer service quick. It just didn't state the DHL costs of shipping to UK will be 49£. If those costs can be highlighted at the check out that would help a lot people make a decision whether to buy or not.
