During our fall flight to Sicily, unfortunately, my flight was cancelled to Rome. After a loon six hour delay, I was given a flight to Milan. Once in Milan, my luggage was lost in transit to Palermo. Italia Rimborso was extremely responsive to my claim which is so very much appreciated!
