They delivered the flowers earlier than requested. As effect I could not use the flowers for the event I requested them for and I had to order them again. After the event I had raised complaint with them and they became very defensive and lied that the flowers weee delivered later so probably suggesting I lied. For this reason only I recommend to avoid them. Really bad customer service
