Hello HostNext Team,

Congratulations on turning a simple domain transfer into a perfect example of how **not to treat customers**.

Your ridiculous PKR 3,874 "domain release fee" demand was embarrassing enough, but your handling of the entire situation was even worse.

Anyway, **mrparacha.com has now been successfully transferred to Cloudflare Registrar.** Your so-called release fee and unnecessary obstacles are officially irrelevant.

Perhaps instead of inventing ways to squeeze more money out of customers, your team should invest some time in learning basic customer service and professional ethics.

**You didn't retain a customer. You simply demonstrated why leaving your company was the right decision.**

No further assistance is needed.

I have had a very good experience with HostNext. Their hosting service is reliable, fast, and reasonably priced. Their customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever any issue arises. I have been using HostNext since 2020-2021…

I have been using HostNext since 2020-2021 and have never ever run into any major issues with my website hosting during all these years. On the rare occasion that I needed a bit of assistance, their technical service team outrightly approached and assisted me with absolute professionalism and speed. The servers are incredibly reliable, my website always loads fast, and their customer support goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly. It is rare to find a web host that delivers this level of consistent performance and dedicated care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free hosting experience.
