As a tenant of home invest .i have been a tenant for ten years at this property which home invest bought 2025 . As a tenant i have never miss the rent. I am a 60 year old man who is disabled and had a stroke plus lots more heath problems but now i am getting evicted on the 3 rd of September and I have no were to go there is a hell of problems with this flat and theses new landlords won’t to put up my rent £150.00 a month but no consideration for the tenant mr p richards

What sets Home Invest apart is the quality of mentorship, small groups, and the built-in community of serious investors. I will be able to earn equity participation on referred deals, which has significantly expanded my portfolio without having to cold-call brokers or spend time on market research I'd have to redo anyway. I did the basic 3 day virtual for Buying Multi - Family Assets for Profit. I was mainly surprised about the humanity side of the people within the company. There was more info than I could ever image and presented in a user friendly system for all. The class was so amazing the time flew by everyday and I was like a sponge trying to absorb everything that was offered Many learning materials were explained and I decided to join the next 3 day Physical Meeting in West Palm Beach which I flew in for and reimbursed to take and advance to a true professional in this Real Estate Industry Market. I felt both courses were inexpensive for everything I received. Great bang for the buck and I'm ready to find Multi-Family deals KC

So this might be a bit of a weird review. To be clear, I don't believe I've ever done business, and possibly even interacted, with gentlemen as impressive as the crew of "HomeInvest" from Nate to Chris to Brock, and all the other personnel. To a person, they truly live their morals, want to support others, and take a personal interest in their students. That being said, it was a mistake for me to purchase their "Believe in More" not because its not worth the substantial cost, but rather because I overestimated my available time and ability to fully adopt their practices in addition to my full time employment (to be clear, they were transparent about the time commitment and repeatedly stated NOT to purchase the program if you are not able to make the time commitment and put in the effort). I am annoyed at myself because of my poor decision, but I could not be more impressed with their program or overstate the knowledge and understanding that I gained from this program. You cannot go wrong if you follow their teachings, utilize their support networks, and follow their mentorship, but just make sure that you are ready and willing to make the commitment before you sign up, pay, and take their time. As it is, I likely will not be pursuing my own multi-family deals, but still fully intend to become a limited partner in their investments where their skill, knowledge and experience can grow my money passively. It is an honor to learn from them, and even to meet them during their workshops, and I wish I had followed their guidance earlier in the process about truly evaluating my readiness for this program.

Every time I go through one of Home Invest's trainings, it never ceases to amaze me, the amount of valuable information they provide for their students. Home Invest truly wants to see us succeed. They truly are a high value operation. I can't this team enough!
