Excellent service from home barista. Delivery could be better. They used chronopost in France. Chronopost didn’t call me, but directly delivered to a pick up point. But I know this is what Chronopost always does. Please switch to any other post service, then this wouldn’t happen.

Sorry about your delivery experience. As you mentionned, we use DPD(Chronopost in France), as they're the shipping service that offered the better prices.
As shipping price is directly paid by the customer, we cannot use a different shipping business as the shipping price would be way more expensive for our customers.

A perfect experience
A perfect experience. After ordering on the weekend it was delivered in just 2 business days to France. The price of the CF64V was excellent compared to other websites. Since moving to France I've been searching for a grinder since I couldn't take my coffee setup with me and this has been a great grinder to pair with my Sage Bambino.
