Really lovely book but for some reason they were not able to print my personalised message. They are currently offering a 3rd replacement. However, the occasion has been and gone. What was supposed to be a lovely present has turned into a disappointment.

Be aware that the personalised birthday newspaper style book advertised for significant milestone events like 50, 60 birthdays etc have AI or AI type generated photos of events. Not the real event photos. This is not explained anywhere in their advertising and although the events in time took place, the associated photos of the event aren’t accurate in many instances. Very disappointing as in their advertising they allow you to believe you are receiving newspaper articles from the period you choose - after reaching out to them it’s only then that they tell you they can’t infringe on any copyright that may be relevant. Some upfront honesty wouldn’t go astray from this business

After explaining they are continuing to revise and improve their product and apologising for my experience, ahe has offered a suitable outcome, so thank you Jean for taking the time to understand where the errors were making the initial book impossible to gift as a 60th birthday present that was to reflect and represent the history of those years.

I ordered a custom book for my then newborn, I was very satisfied with order, just not the price. Since then the company has reached out and wanted to see what they can do to improve. I will be looking forward to see the progress and will post a review.

The books are very sweet and well made. Really looking forward to gifting them to my little and her best friend.
However I did not appreciate the delivery process. I ordered 2 books and they shipped them separately vs together which left me confused when I received the first one as a single item to receive the second one days later. Additionally I had to pay duties twice vs one time if they had been shipped together. So I was very unimpressed with that and when I sent an email inquiring why I received no response from the company. Due to the shipping and duties I will not be ordering from them in the future

I ordered on 2nd September 2026, it’s now 24th September 2026 and I still haven’t received my order yet. I have emailed and got no response and this was supposed to be a gift.

The book is beautiful! Really impressed with the illustrations and the stories are cute.

I ordered a Father’s Day book and the skin tone colors were misleading and did not come out as expected. I asked for a reprint, but customer service denied my request. As a returning customer, this was disappointing since this is already the second book I’ve ordered from them.

I was really excited about this gift, but the final product did not match what was shown online. Customer support was not very helpful during the process, and it would have been a kind gesture to simply offer a reprint to make things right. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience.

I expected much better customer service from this company. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The item felt overpriced for what was received, and customer support was not helpful when trying to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from or recommending this company in the future.

This was the perfect anniversary gift for my terminally ill husband. I was looking for a special gift that showed my love for him but was also a bit of fun. The delivery was super quick and the quality of the book is excellent. My husband was very moved and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the whole concept. Thank you Hooray Heroes

Was so excited, however, when I received my confirmation email about a minute within placing the order, the skin colors were COMPLETELY INCORRECT. As well as messed up hairstyles. All four characters were wrong, and I emailed this to them, explaining that I saved all of my changes. I was told that I must not have saved it, because they always show the most recently saved design, "but I'll fix it for you, though." Let me tell you, never once did I save my dark-skinned designs as WHITE. Not to mention, a final confirmation page appears before checking out, to ensure it's accuracy, which is why I purchased. "Billie" responded to me, and after being told that it was my own fault,(even though upon further research there have been glitches for other people, too) I requested a refund.

While the quality of the book is well made I was not happy that they made my granddaughter super power that she smelled and needed to shower, it really upset her. I'm not sure what possess you to write something like that about a child and think they would not feel bad about it. You called her whiff and showing green stink smoke around her. as an adult I found it somewhat funny until I realized my granddaughter did not.

Couple of clicks here and there, and you have a wonderful customized book of adventures. My niece and nephew loved it! Quality, packaging and delivery was awesome.

Dreadful. Promised delivery by Mother’s Day on the website, did not deliver on time as they “shipped it late”. Would absolutely not recommend this company.

I got a cape and badge fir my disabled neice some years ago. Paid almost 100$ and never received.

I ordered a custom book as a gift for my niece. I did a careful quality check on the book and was happy to find no issues in it. The pictures were beautifully intricate in a way that I knew a child would enjoy. Sure enough, she loved the book.

Beautiful book! This book was the perfect gift, being so adorable and delightfully personal. We're very happy with it.

Bought the Dream Team book for 3 little ones. The print color of the dedication is white on a light blue background, which hardly shows up at all. They did reprint, but it's the same result, where the dedication is hardly readable at all. I asked to have the dedication print in another color, which they said they can't do. Would definitely NOT buy from this company again.
