Great everything
Among several online jewelry stores that I've looked at, this is the best: best prices, best shipping, and excellent selection and service. I've placed three orders with this company over the past two-three months, and shipping has always been extremely fast. When I emailed with questions several times, I always received a very fast response. I even got a response back late on a Sunday night, less than 2 hours after writing them with a question! This company is definitely doing everything right and really going the extra mile to provide the best possible service. The free gift included in each order is appreciated as well!

As good as it seems!
At first I was skeptical because the wool I bought was only half the price than on other websites. However, all the wool arrived quickly and without any problem, they even included a little gift of tapestry needles and cute wrapping paper. I am super delighted and will definitely order again.

reverse very difficult
at the beginning everything went ok.
Unfortunately, there were huge problems with a return with the refund and I had to call PayPal for hours to understand that Hobbyperline did not choose the correct refund process.
Neither PayPal nor I had the opportunity to get the payment.
It didn't take umpteen emails to persuade Hobbyperline to issue a correct refund.
Unfortunately not professional at all
