I ordered a thing that was very specifically described on the website, and I spent quite some time looking for just that. The order was ment to take 5-8 days, but took nearly a month. When it did arrive, was not the thing I had looked for, but a cheap thing-ish. I've contacted them and they answered within 24 hours, asking for more details. I sent them the same day. Haven't heard a thing since then, despite maling again tre times, with some weeks apart (same ordernumber in every mail). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

To start with, I rejected the offer of a second pan but you charged for it and sent it.
The first time used my pan the bottom was rounded and , of course, the pan did not work. Now I have used it a couple of times and it is starting to work.
What do I do with pan no 2 that you sent?

Stay away! Scammy drop shipping site. Delivery was promised in 5 days, took a month, and customer support is just a bot that asks for details but never responds. The product I received was crushed and useless on delivery, and customer support has not responded even after a week.

Do not buy from this website. Although I received the item I ordered, I wanted to return it, but their customer service was unreachable. It was impossible to reach them by phone, and when I emailed them, they just kept stalling. It is impossible to return unwanted items.

The delivery arrived a whole month after I ordered it. Nothing wrong at all with the item, it’s just what I wanted. It’s just that I’m used to shorter delivery timelines. My understanding is that the shipment originated from within Sweden, but perhaps it was from Poland. Anyway, delivery times of a month is usually what I get from buying East Asian or some American goods online, that’s why my expectations were different

Poor quality china stuff and very long delivery time. Promised 3-6 days and delivered after 3 weeks. Avoid this site and the poor products.

A terrible company, stay away from them. I have ordered several alternatives of fans that according to their website are quiet. None of the fans were quiet and hence possible to use overnight.

It takes their customer service ages to reply, and when they do, the answers are a meter long email with a single purpose to not want to deal with them. At the end of a protracted backs and forths regarding returning the shitty fans the only offer I got was to get yet another one from them, which I obviously refused since their products are of horrible quality.
They never came back to me after I have clarified that I prefer to send the fans back to them and receive my money back.

After I threatened them with an honest review on Trustpilot they assured me they'd get back to me within 4 work hours which never happened.

Overall: don't order anything from them. Poor quality and absent customer service.

It came in a beautiful airsealed package (partially), fit right in my mail box, which speaks about the technology used for the rabbit to fully come back to its original size without being disorted.

Even though the delivary was long, it didn't really make me think about it, but now, I know that it'll take about 2 weeks for it to arrive, and will plan around it.
