I have been searching for such a product for my shower for a while now. I found it on your website. It’s excellent. It took 10 days to get here though. Didn’t realise it was coming from China. Thought I had bought something from a Swiss company. You should make this more transparent.
Product was perfect. Delay for delivery as well. Conditioning was surprisingly excessively protected. Is this due to bad management during transportation ? Where does it come from ? Asia ?
😡 "This is a company that SCAMS Swiss consumers. Supposedly, it selects quality products, but in reality, the products are of worse quality and come from China. This also explains the delays in delivery times, which should be within a few days, but end up taking weeks and months. It's impossible to get a full refund by returning the products."
Order took forever and finally they told me it had to be returned and they’d send a new item. I waited again and then when it finally arrived it was BROKEN!! Not serious at all
They claim to ship from Switzerland. but they don't.....shipping from China with everything this entails.

I ordered a pair of HOKA running shoes, but what I received was a pair of cheap knock-offs. It also took more than three weeks to arrive - but that's something I can live with.
