My customer service representative
My customer service representative was Aliesha McNair and what a gem she was in assisting us in getting things sorted out. She was able to let us know why we were experiencing issues on the website and changed the address for us. She had an extremely friendly disposition and a gung ho attitude. Aliesha was very concise and precise in her information and while I originally passed up on leaving a review I felt compelled to let you know that she took care of us quickly and fulfilled all our needs.
She makes the difference in customer service.
She is ready, willing and most certainly more than able.
