Customer service began wonderfully when I placed my first order however I was signed up for an automatic subscription without my knowledge. Emailed and texted within 20 minutes of getting the autoship email to cancel the order and subscription and waited over 24 hours for a response, only to be told it was too late to cancel but in exchange for a review they’d cancel the subscription. 3 stars because my cat does like the product, he seems to be responding well to it, however I don’t appreciate the way customer service has handled this situation.

Russet in Customer Service was very helpful in making sure I was not on a subscription for AIM. He responded to my email within 24 hrs. That's the kind of customer service I like and expect. Thank you Russet!

I bought some supplements for one of my cats but unfortunately his condition worsened through no fault of the supplements. I liaised with HappyWags' customer service to cancel my subscription and their team was very accommodating and helpful.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, and have not received my order!!!

Customer service was great. Had an issue with subscription but was able to get resolved. I love the product as well for my cats.

Tracking the product worked just like I expected and the product came right on time. This support team is truly the best! Any time I have had a question, their response time was usually next day. I felt like I was the only person they were working with.

Having never dealt with Happy Wags or their products before I wasn’t sure how much I would need or how my cats would
react. My cats are fine and haven’t changed their appetite with this additional supplement. Although I did have to make adjustments to my order Happy Wags provided excellent customer service in meeting my needs.

Unfortunately my cats won’t eat the powder with kibble. I will definitely use it on wet food! The customer service team is great though, I asked for a cancellation for this reason and they helped me right away.

I really love this thing. It helped with my cat kidneys problems, and they love it. They loved it.

I researched and purchased this product over concerns about preserving my senior cat’s kidneys. I had questions about this supplement and have been in contact with the company customer service department. I found the staff to be cordial, knowledgeable and detailed in clarifying information. While explaining company policy, they were willing to go above and beyond for resolution. I appreciated the professionalism.

I’m giving Happy wags 5 stars for their customer service. Like others I was unaware I was signing up for the subscription of AIM for my kitty. When I emails Jerome was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to listen and compromise. The company really is wonderful!

Happy Wags Hasan incredible customer service team! They made me feel like part of a family rather than just another customer. They were friendly, professional, and had great knowledge of their products, and wanted to know the effect that their products had on my animals. The cats readily eat their food with the Aim product sprinkled on it.I would definitely recommend Happy Wags!

Very good communication. Have been in contact via text since I placed my order. Just received my 2nd order a week ago and they reached out to make sure I got it.
My cats have no problem eating it mixed in with wet food , they look forward to their morning treat. I guess there's no way to know how well it's working until I get blood work next year to compare to the blood work they got prior to starting. But I'm trying to prevent anything bad from happening, not trying to correct any issues at this point, other than one cat that has some crystals in his urine.
