Everything was very easy. Communication was was very good. All questions were answered. Very happy with appointment
The process was easy. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Happy Sleep to determine if you have sleep apnea.

The personal touch of the care team calling and really talking me through the whole process. Artist was a pleasure. Can't say enough great things about him only that I wish he stays as genuine and honest and keeps spreading the kindness forward. The compassion of the company is truly beyond as someone who is struggling with sleep to regain herself through rest. I am most excited to begin a new chapter once my cpap arrives!!! Thank you to everyone on the team for the care and followup!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE ....Here's to Happy Sleep.ZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I am not Happy with Happy Sleep!! I started to sign up on Thursday, 8/13, because my sleep situation has become desperate. I did put my name and phone number on the sign up (I generally never put my phone number on anything, I guess desperation will do that) but before I was willing to give all my insurance information, I decided to check reviews. After reading less than satisfactory reviews in different places including Trust Pilot, I decided not to proceed. I never submitted my sign up. Then starting Friday, 8/14, I began receiving texts from them using my unsubmitted phone number. One text actually asked if I couldn't find my insurance card since I had not included my insurance information. Sure seemed to me they used information from an unsubmitted sign up!! After receiving 4 texts on Friday and Saturday, I sent STOP to them on Saturday and received a text back saying I would no longer be receiving texts from that number. Well, they didn't mention that I would receive texts from them from a different number!! At 8am on Monday, 8/17, I received another text from a different number, saying they saw I was interested but hadn't completed my registration. I was very annoyed with the time it was sent as I was actually sleeping (my phone has to be on due to a family illness situation)!! I texted back STOP again and received a similar text back indicating I wouldn't receive more texts from that number. I texted back my displeasure for getting a text at exactly 8am ET (my time). There was no response. So, unless you like getting texts that you did not request from an app for which you did not register, this is one to avoid. I may add here that I generally also do not write long, negative comments like this but after being woken up after only sleeping 4 hours and not being able to fall back asleep, I had to express my frustration!! I highly suggest Happy Sleep add "best times to contact" a person to their registration form as people do have different schedules and sleep times...AS HAPPY SLEEP IS A SLEEP APP SO THE SAY, AFTER ALL!! I also suggest not using information from unsubmitted forms!

On their website, Happy Sleep references their customer care team. I'm a paying customer and cannot get them to answer texts or emails. My first email to them took over three weeks for a response, and I had to badger them with multiple emails to get their attention. I've finished my sleep study, and there is nowhere in their app to schedule an appointment with a physician. We are on day three without an answer from a text message. I am out of ideas to get them to actually perform the service I already paid them for.

Being new to the area of sleep aids, I was somewhat apprehensive with the process being conducted over Zoom. My concerns we dispelled after my first contact. I found the Happy Sleep staff knowledgeable, well informed, pleasant, and very importantly, patient. All questions were answered, feedback, communication, follow up, and the like were handled in a professional manner. The process is about 90% complete, and I’m confident going forward I’m in good hands.

While the sleep study and initial process with your company were seamless, sending me to an out-of-network provider like Lincare to get my CPAP machine was completely unacceptable, especially since I was never notified until the bills started pouring in. I have tried to resolve this for months, getting nowhere with either company. Lincare is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They continue to harass me with unwanted auto-ship supplies even after I have explicitly asked four times and emailed them to stop. To make matters worse, my co-pay was tripled without warning, and someone at Lincare even had the audacity to forge my signature on a contract. The lack of ethics, communication, and basic accountability here is appalling.

I used the ring before and after getting a cpap machine with a real and local sleep doctor. The ring didn’t know the difference it registers the same even though my API went from 15+ to 4 or less. My Apple Watch also showed dramatic improvement in my sleep disturbances. The ring didn’t know the difference. I contacted support they gave generic info and claimed more accurate than the actual cpap machine. The real doctor dismissed the ring as no valid. Save your money. Great concept but dies t work

I have been a CPAP user for 30+ years. Have not been able to find a good sleep doctor and my CPAP was getting older. Wanted to avoid my 4th sleep study at a medical facility to get a new RX for a replacement CPAP so I tried Happy Sleep. Got ring and slept without my CPAP for 3 nights. Very poor sleep. Sent my ring back and scheduled my appointment to have zoom call with DR. I missed the appointment and life got in the way. I called them and rescheduled and they initially assured me my results would work so I rescheduled my appointment for zoom call. 1 week before call, received a call that said they needed more data. I asked what happened to my original and they said they thought they needed more. The results from my initial 3 nights was absolutely conclusive....3 nights of absolute horrible sleep. Said they were sending me a new ring. I explained I wear an OURA ring and know exactly what my sleep issue are. they continued and said that would not work. I said I didn't want it.....use my results. They called again. same conversation. No specifics...just needed more data??? Today, my calendar received notice to have consultation. I did. Identified my self and the first thing the NURSE...not Doctor, said was they needed more data. I said I was not interested in redoing the ring test and we hung up. Very unhappy and while no cost were mentioned with the re testing....I believe it was implied if I would have continued the conversation. No interest in what the customer needs or wants. Horrible service.

I wore the ring for a week then sent a message asking how I get my results appointment. No response. Total rip-0ff

The ring didn’t fit as it did with the ring sizers. The doctor or whoever did my intake and diagnosis did not listen to me at all. She kept insisting I have very mild sleep apnea. I explained I have had the same sleeping issues, including insomnia. These were disregarded. She said she manually changed my results. I feel like they tell everyone they have sleep apnea. I don’t know if it’s just to sell C-pap machines, but it definitely feels that way and was not an accurate study or diagnosis

I have to admit I was skeptical at first , however after having the first discussion with my clinician via tele-health , I felt pretty good about giving this a shot , It is 1000 times better doing it at home with a non invasive ring, if you’ve ever had a sleep study done at a lab , you will understand.
At first they send a sizing ring and then after you try those on and find the correct ring size you go into the app and pick the size that worked best, a few days later you get the ring and charging dock in the mail.
I used and still use it every night . In the morning you get a report giving you the basics of how you slept.
After a few days another tele- health appt. To go over the details. They have a better reporting tool than what they share in the app.
We went over everything and all the options to help my sleep apnea. We decided an auto PAP machine was the way to go so now I’m just waiting for that to happen.
Super impressed with how easy this was!! The only criticism I’ve can offer is to speed up the process from getting the ring sizing to the actual ring.
Thanks!!
Steve

Changing my review…..Everything was fine until the report came and I needed cpap supplies (according to them) which I cannot get without them sending in the report themselves, The cpap supply company the report clearly states I should choose myself won’t accept it from me because I’m not a doctor. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone. I have sent text messages from the happy sleep app, responded to the email from the care team they sent me, 3 times but nobody responds. This is terrible. I want this same energy from them when they attempt some type of payment if Medicare don’t fully cover their fees. Don’t contact me then, since you can’t be bothered now that I need assistance.

** update 6/20/26** I did get a full refund for the oral appliance treatment, it took a long time but it showed up. I also got a call from the new manager in charge of this branch who wants to make things right. They no longer work with the dental company Dentulu and have a new program and system in place. I'll update again when I see how that pans out! (end edit) The support for the ring itself was fine, and it seems to work pretty well for diagnosing sleep apnea. There were some challenges with fit (size of ring was slightly smaller than the ring test size appliances due to the protrusion for sensor) The initial experience was fine, they processed my insurance properly, and were attentive to my messages. The problem came when I got a call asking if I would like to use their company to deliver and fit a mouthguard for mild sleep apnea. I agreed and shelved out $1,300 for the care and appliance to get that done. The payment was made through HFD, a 3rd party finance company which offered 6 months same as cash. Then the circus began. They were using a company called Dentulu to do virtual dental visits. The customer service and quality of care was sub-par, the scheduling, the communication very poor. The appliance itself was horrible, and I worked with them to send it back to make adjustments, but it had bands on the sides which attached with large protrusions, and when placed in my mouth made it hard for me to close my mouth, thereby causing me to sleep with my mouth open and totally drying out my mouth, of course! After sending it back and working virtually with the dentist and lab several times, it was still not acceptable. This took so long, several months, so that when I did my 6 month follow up with the sleep doctor there was nothing to review, as I did not have a properly fitted working device! I was then informed by Dentulu that I could receive a refund for the oral device. I contacted Happy Sleep to ask for that refund. At first they told me they could not find my payment. I had paid off the entire balance of the financed amount by then, and when I logged into HFD for my balance to show them, it showed a missed payment, which was added AFTER I had paid the balance well before the 6 month term was up. I've called HFD several times, they have sent me a letter confirming my payment was made in full, yet in their system there is still a missed payment showing, and they have not resolved that. I am concerned about that not being corrected. The Happy Sleep people keep telling me a "refund is being processed" but they use a 3rd party again, apparently and they have been unable to speed up the process. It's been over a month now since I requested a refund and I still have no idea how much it will be and how long it will take. I have no direct contact for the company processing the refund. I just keep being sent assurance by Happy Sleep's customer service "this issue is a priority and thank you for your patience." So, due to all of this, I do not recommend Happy Sleep's Ring for anything except the actual diagnosis of sleep apnea. If they reach out to you to arrange care after that I would run for the hills! Get your oral appliance through a local dentist, or a C-Pap through your PCP. I'm left having lost $1,300 and have no device, and still have to deal will this billing issue with HFD. I'm a Health and Wellness Coach working in Functional Medicine, and I know sometimes there are glitches and problems to work out with medical companies, but this has been a very bad experience, except for the actual ring diagnosis.
