I have been following the tracking for a month only to receive a notice that my order was placed in my mailbox. I um that's strange. How can you get boots and jackets among other things in my mailbox. I went to my mailbox this morning and the item was a ring that I never ordered. I have no idea where it came from. I no need for this ring.I ordered jackets and boots. I am very angry 😠 😡

4 months delivery time...
Ordered on May 29th, Received on September 29th for some replacement floor protectors of a chair. And I had to ask in July what happened to my order, to actually get a status update. Not an eCommerce experience that I'd like to repeat.

I ordered two chairs on the website and got a confirmation requesting to pay, which I did. It has now been 2 months and I did not get either news, chairs or answers to my emails and chat request. I am starting to think this is a scam company.

Excellent quality good service
Due to Corona manufacturing and shipment took mich longer than predicted. However, it was worth to wait, the quality of the product is excellent. I would certainly by again at Habita.

Good, reliable shop
I found the shop on google, looking for some spare parts for a lounger. I wasn't too happy with the payment methods, since the available ones are normally also linked to hoax shops. I paid the money up front anyway since the spare parts weren't too expensive. But everything worked out perfectly. The parts were delivered faster than promised. I was happy with the quality. I can imagine ordering here again
