I spent 2 hours in anxiety bidding on a car after not having one since november last year. I win the bid, take the time off work to go collect and the next day get a phone call stating "sorry we accidently reposted this car, its not available as it was sold 2 months ago". No offer of a similar car, no offers of support just having the bid i won pulled from me. Do not recommend bidding on anything here.

got sold and refused bid cancellation on a "luxury" watch for $40 more then what i found online.
It was a Big W watch.. $65 into the void, scummy work Grays.

It was easy to sign up and make account, and bidding is simple and easy to understand an there is good communication regards bidding, closing of auctions, and delivery of items.

Two issues, firstly I recently bought some diamonds. When they arrived they were nothing like the photo, there were over a third more of them hence they were smaller and unusable. I complained and got nowhere. This prompted me to check a gemstone I'd bought previously. This came with a valuation by an accredited jeweller. I have since found out the stone is fake/synthetic. I have since read online that I am not the first to have bought jewellery with fake valuations.

Car had oil leak 3 days after i purchased from grays.

More focus on inspection specially on mechanical areas from Grays will help resolve this issue

One of the itens that I won in the action was completely different from the advertised and the photos on website and the other one was missing more parts than was listed.

Bidding was easy, delivery was good with Aust Post, the wine was terrible. Is there/was there some sort of guarantee on the acceptability of the wine?

I bid on a new pressure washer and won.
I did not open it straight away, as we were moving house. When i opened it, quite clearly it was not new. There were oil stains in the box from the machine. Once plugged in nor did it have any pressure to clean anything. Because i purchased on 30th April and did not use until start of July, they refused to refund as it was outside their “acceptable timeframe” to log a claim. Do yourself a favour……. Unless you’re desperate. Don’t BUY from Grays Online. It not worth it.

First time buying at an auction and didn’t quite know the process or what to expect. I’ve been incredibly fortunate with the car I’ve won and the service I’ve received from Grays particularly by Paul who helped me seal the deal with the seller, sorted out the incorrect invoicing charges and also helped to explain the process around transferring ownership of the car in my specific case.

I like the product and the price I paid but I dislike the freight costs compared to other auction sites. I also had an issue where I had bid on a box of wine and didn't save it in my watch list, I hadn't seen a notification for the outcome and I couldn't find a result in my Grays so I asumed I missed out so bid and won another box in the meantime I got notification about winning the 1st box so there was too much delay in the notification.

I bought a White Gold Tennis braclette from Grays, which said it had Lab Grown Diamonds. I have taken it to a Jeweller and they are Cubic Zirconia's. I will not trust this site ever again,

Online portal is very user friendly. Everything is clearly mentioned. Once I won the auction and payment taken, I received the goods very fast. A pleasant experience.
