Good quality plants. Only niggle they tried delivering them to wrong address even though I rung to change to right address the day before. Good job they had a good tracking system I was able to get to driver before he unloaded them. The driver said nobody had let him know. Driver was really helpful getting the plants to bottom of my driveway as they were really heavy. Would order again from them

Disappointing delivery process, waited in all afternoon and paid the gardener to be here to un load items to be told at 4pm they wouldn’t be coming, 2hrs past the allotted time slot, wrote to the mgmt at the company and was ignored, would not rely on order slot’s given

The plants were delivered within the week of my order. They were well packaged and the plants were in excellent condition. Really pleased.

I bought 20 rootball thuja emerald plants from this company. I followed all their instructions to a tee and planted them last year as soon as it was delivered. Even though it rained a lot last autumn we continued to water them. We noticed the leaf canopy near the roots were drooping slightly and over the next couple of months leaves started to brown. When I contacted them they advised to continue to water and the browning is due to the stress of being transplanted. I continued with their advice however by March/ April pretty much all plants were browning. I emailed them to find a solution and they asked me to send multiple pictures of the plants and even asked to send pictures of the rootball in the soil. After a number of emails it was clear that it was not their interest to help me but just to show that they respond to my emails as they kept asking for the same pictures.
In the end all 20 plants browned completely and died within 2-4 months of planting. When we dug out the plants it was evident that all of the plants had a very tiny rootball which was disappointing. They should have dug the plants with a good size rootball so it can survive. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Useless customer service when there was an issue problem with a plant bought online Patronising, arrogant and no effort made to reach a satisfactory resolution. A complete waste of money. Wouldn’t shop here again, wouldn’t recommend them

The clematis I bought were extremely good quality very well rooted and extremely good value for money I would certainly buy from grasslands again

Uses Royal Mail for delivery, and they take days to deliver. Ok for bulbs, but not for plants.

We bought 4 shrubs from grasslands. They arrived in perfect condition. They were well watered and survived the royal mail.

Excellent plants and speedy delivery. Well packaged so not damaged. Just what I needed. The courier even carried them to my rear garden because I am disabled. Thank you, I'll really enjoy them.

Despatch was a bit delayed but customer services quickly sorted it all out. When the plants arrived they were fantastic - bigger and better than expected! So well packed that they were in perfect condition. As a gardener it’s the quality of the plants that counts above all else. Well pleased.

Over the moon with our Red Robin pleached tree’s, they where delivered in perfect condition, your staff where very courteous, even gave us advise on how to plant them (as it was my first time planting large tree’s).
