I have been using the site for more than 3 months now, everything works great, and I would not say anything negative about their service. My only concern was their 1-day response policy. You will have to be extra patient; if you have an urgent issue that needs to be resolved urgently, you will certainly suffer. All in all its an amazing site and I love working with them. I tested this tool to evaluate its accuracy, and I was shocked by how flawed it turned out to be. If the text is well-written, coherent, and concise, the tool will flag it as AI-generated. However, if the text contains spelling, grammar, and stylistic errors, the tool will flag it as "human-written." This tool is almost as bad as Originality.ai. I don't understand why people are using it; it's basically snake oil and should be avoided at all costs. This tool is a joke. Avoid it!

Winston AI more thoughtful than most AI detectors I've tried. Instead of just throwing a percentage at you, it actually helps you understand why certain parts are flagged. It's not perfect, but it's one of the more transparent tools out there.
