I have been looking for a place to stay for quite a while and been to viewings a lot, and this was the first time, in my experience, that I felt like I've been heard and that I was cared for, it wasn't rushed and the communication via e-mail and during the viewing was clear and respectful.

The whole process was very easy and simple and they would answer any questions or clarify any doubts that would come up.

I know that the market is full and there's a lot of people like I was, in need of a place of their own, so it's easy to just rush into things. But I feel like they can keep it human in a way, it's the little things like having an actual conversation, caring to know your situation and where you come from and what is your goal.

So yeah, had an amazing experience, so I think as long as you can provide the necessary documentation and have DigiD, things can run smoothly.

I would like to acknowledge the person who showed us the apartment. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to our situation, something that isn't always easy to find in a process that can otherwise feel impersonal or stressful. She understood the urgency of our search and helped put us at ease. I wanted to make sure this did not go unnoticed, as this kind of care deserves recognition. I feel bad that I forgot her name, but it a beautiful name.
