Said they will take 2 to 3 days to deliver that took 8 days. Not even one information after the first mail of confirmation so I was unsure as to why it took so much time. we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, but we’d like to clarify a few points:
Your order was shipped on time from our side. Any delay in delivery is unfortunately caused by the shipping carrier, which is out of our control.
Regarding the “unsealed” box: Korean Pokémon displays are in most cases (around 90%) not factory sealed. This is completely normal and defined by the Pokémon Company itself. It does not mean the product was opened or tampered with.
We always ship our products exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer and do not alter them in any way.
We kindly ask you to take this into consideration.

Everything was delivered without any issues.
Have had several orders now. Everything has always been sent and delivered. The shipping might be a bit slow since it's international but all is good and never had a problem.

“It’s DHL’s Fault” – But Where’s My Tracking Number?
My first order arrived in Switzerland relatively quickly. Unfortunately, one of the items was missing. Mistakes can happen… They therefore offered me a voucher worth slightly more than the missing item (which more or less covers the cost of the item as well as the customs fees).
I used this voucher for a second order, to which I added other items (two displays). A week after the supposed dispatch of the parcel, and having not received a tracking number, I decided to write to them to request it. It’s worth noting that a DHL shipment from Germany to Switzerland usually takes no more than 3 to 4 days.
I was told that my enquiry had been passed on to the relevant department and that I would be contacted shortly with the tracking number. It has now been five days, and I have still received neither an update nor the parcel.
I am almost certain that the parcel was never sent. I still hope it will arrive eventually—should that happen, I would consider amending my review. But for the time being...
Judging by other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this site.
Edit (1) : After a week, I finally receive a response (conveniently just a few hours after I opened a dispute on PayPal). According to them, the parcel is supposedly stuck in customs and they claim to have no information. They’re shifting the blame onto DHL, accusing them of poor communication and of failing to provide a tracking number.
What a convenient way to dodge responsibility—blaming others—especially since a tracking number is automatically generated as soon as the label is created!
Edit (2) : After a month, still no tracking number. Instead of providing proof of shipment, they said it was “not acceptable” of me to suggest the parcel had never been sent. They asked for “mutual respect” when I simply demanded accountability and stated that I would take action if no tracking number was provided.
It’s ironic to be lectured on “respect” by a company that ignores emails for weeks and delivers no concrete answers. Transparency is the bare minimum — yet even after four weeks, they’ve failed to provide a single verifiable shipping confirmation.
Edit (3):
They have already attempted to have my review removed twice, by flagging it and presumably expecting me not to respond to Trustpilot’s email requesting proof of its legitimacy. They are out of luck, however, as this review will not be taken down. It is a shame that their reputation has deteriorated to the point where they feel the need to suppress honest feedback rather than address it. Shame on you, God of Cards.

I also regret that your emails were not answered sooner. When we ask for mutual respect, that means we must also deliver reliable service and transparency. You were simply asking for accountability, and I appreciate the patience you showed throughout.
If the parcel does eventually arrive or we are able to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, I would be grateful if you considered updating your review. That said, I fully understand your disappointment given how things have unfolded so far.
