Really pleased with my new varifocals
Really pleased with my new varifocals. Easy to order, delivered quickly and the glasses are really good for the price paid. I needed to change my order after paying as I realised l had missed something on the order and this was sorted out really quickly and easily via e mail with customer services.
Would definitely order again in future.

Mind the nose clips!
I don’t think the description or picture showed the glasses accurately- the nose clip on a pair of rimless glasses looked like a lump of chewing gum and stuck out like a sore thumb . All I needed was a pair of transparent clips but the company doesn’t do spares. They did offer an exchange for a different pair but I va opted to go elsewhere to buy some clips to solve the problem. Not an ideal experience for a first time customer.

While the product images on our website do show the style of nose pads fitted to this frame, we understand that the appearance may have been different from what you expected once you received the glasses.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer alternative nose pad styles for this particular frame, and the nose pads are not interchangeable. We understand that this may have been disappointing, particularly as you were looking for transparent clips.
Our Customer Support Team did offer an exchange for a different pair at no additional cost, although we completely understand that you chose to purchase replacement nose pads elsewhere to resolve the issue.
