I bought 3 different cooling vests…
I bought 3 different cooling vests cause we frequently did manual labor in 100⁰ or more. Overall decent it keeps you cooler than you regularly would be but the ice packs and the actual coolness seems to melt and become warm without 15 minutes of being used in that type of heat so youre constantly switching them...would 100% be perfect for work outside around your house like mowing or weed eating but we weed eated highways and the vest didnt work that great for that specific work load. I have since sold my personal one due to not needing it id really just argue that me paying 600 dollars or more for 3 vests that none of us really used or use now is crazy...make sure you get the correct size or it wont grip your body and keep you cooled off properly

Your customer service is terrible
Your customer service is terrible. We recently bought another battery operated warm piece of clothing. The battery was bad. I did everything that customer service asked me to do to make sure it was bad. It didn’t charge and didn’t work. But I could not get another one unless I paid for shipping and sent it back to you and then you would send me another one. That’s not right. I paid for a good battery when I bought the piece of clothing and didn’t get one. Your company should’ve sent me another one and a prepaid shipping label to send back the bad one. I’m not buying from your company anymore. It’s not the first time that I thought your customer service was bad.

I had no issues with the product or the buying experience, I live in AZ so it was an exercise in futility, no vest will keep you cool in AZ longer then 30 min at 115. The vest works just fine, it is great quality.

Battery packs didn't live up to the hype - other brands are better. Gave away all of my gobi and replaced it with a better product. When it's crazy cold, the heated garments HAVE to work! Would never buy again - spent lots of money!

The heated gloves were EXACTLY what my husband needed! We tried ever cheaper versions and just totally wasted our money. These are perfect for Raynauds. They warm his hands in moments. Yes they are like ski gloves in size but that doesn’t matter to my husband since he gets relief quickly.
Totally worth the price and the batteries are rechargeable!!

I purchased 2 jackets for Christmas gifts and was the wrong size and my niece didn’t let me know until the end of January and I tried to return it for another size but they only allow returns for 30 days so no exchange was allowed I didn’t want my money back just an exchange I asked for a supervisor to plead my case but no response NEVER again will I BUY anything from them again after spending 600$ for my previous order I will point out they do have there policy posted but Christmas presents aren’t opened until you see the people due to distance
