So far, so good.

Koala was the owner of/or person in charge of the listing. The listing was confirmed and then the next day cancelled. I had to rebook and it ended up costing me almost double. No discount was offered or anything for the error on their end.

Responds instantly and can be trusted

I waes all automatic and went flawlessly. Sometimees automatic process can have issues but not this time.

I am trying to cancel my reservation and it will not let me. One site says confirmed and another says pending.

It took a while for this booking, but it eventually worked. Others are still pending.

The confirmation was quick and the host was quick to respond to questions. Got an excellent rate for a last minute trip for a place we really wanted to stay. No issues in checking in and everything went smoothly. Great experience!

Our biggest complaint was the time it took for anyone to get back to us when we needed to speak to someone or had a question. It was a minimum of 2 business days, sometimes longer. And when someone does reply they didn’t answer all the questions. It’s very frustrating. The communication is extremely poor and you can’t call….its all email or text. The most frustrating part was being scolded by a representative. An insinuation that my asking questions was taking time away from Koala staff and that we were taking money out of their pockets. I then had a representative tell me I misinterpreted what the representative wrote….even though they wrote that I was taking food and money from them by asking the questions I did.

The good…they set up our rental page nicely and fairly quickly. When we had a request to rent, I actually had a rep call me to answer my question. I wouldn’t do it again though.

Had a great experience! Everything went smoothly! Already booked our next trip!!

The only pause I would have to a full review of excellence is the time lag. We did not know if the unit we requested to reserve was available for a full 24 hours, and we still have not heard back about a question on the amenities of the kitchen and bed.
