Bestellungen auf Joy gestalten sich extrem unkompliziert. Das Team bearbeitet Anfragen sehr zügig. Falls es zu Preisänderungen kommt, wird man umgehend informiert. Eine Abbuchung erfolgt erst, nachdem man der Preisänderung ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat. Stimmt man nicht zu, wird die Bestellung storniert, ohne dass Kosten entstehen – man muss sich also keine Sorgen über versteckte Zusatzkosten machen.
Ich habe Artikel bestellt, die über Amazon abgewickelt wurden. Am ersten Tag bestellt, kamen sie bereits am nächsten Tag an – genau wie bei meinen üblichen Amazon Prime-Lieferzeiten. Ob das bei allen Bestellungen über diese Website der Fall ist, kann ich nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, aber bei mir hat es perfekt gepasst.
Der einzige Verbesserungspunkt liegt beim Tracking: Meine Lieferung war bereits angekommen, während auf der Bestellseite noch immer kein Versandstatus angezeigt wurde.

Ordering on Joy is super smooth, and the staff process orders very quickly. If there are any price changes, they inform you promptly. Payment is only processed after you confirm and agree to the new price; if you decline, the order is canceled with no charge, so you don't have to worry about unexpected extra fees.
I bought products that were fulfilled via Amazon. I ordered on day one, and they arrived the very next day, matching the delivery speed on my Amazon Prime account. While I'm not sure if all orders placed through this site match Prime shipping speeds, it certainly did in my case.
The only area for improvement is order tracking: my package had already arrived before the status page even updated to show it had shipped!

Easy simple, fast delivery.

It would be nice ot have a direct chat window to order directly without having to wait.
I do appreciate the concept but for orders where one can claim points eg. with Payback etc. it is pretty inconvenient, as a third party is making the purchase for you. Moreover, the order status cant be traced back in a personal account eg. Amazon. You will have to rely on the company to send you the tracking link.
Service was however good and reliable.

As constructive criticism I wish I could add up Vouchers to one order e.g. I had 2x 30€ vouchers but wanted to buy a 45€ item and I could use only one voucher, then pay the rest via credit card; better would be that I add the 2x vouchers (60€ total) and then buy my 45€ item. It'd be a nice improvement.

Last, it does not really work outside EU

Everything with my Joy_Certificate went easy and uncomplicated. The service was very friendly and I received my purchase after few days. Thank you!
