No shipping after nearly 30 days.
I ordered 3 pieces of equipment and almost 30 days later the order is still pending shipment. I called and was passed to another number, with no clear answer. The company claims to be based in Germany, but I suspect the items ship from China, and I am not convinced the UK operation exists. No shipping update after 28 days. Avoid.

Not a trustworthy or serious business. Poor customer service, slow response times, inaccurate shipping times posted. An item with 4-7 days delivery time takes a month to arrive, and was still shipped even after cancelling the order. The item that arrives is of low quality and has obviously been returned by someone else. Full of broken glass shards and crumbs from the previous user... like they didn't even bother to check it first. The other purchase we have made from here was a commercial refridgerator - our technicians have warned us that equipment from GGM is of the lowest possible quality and is unlikely to last more than a year.

We will not deal with them again and advise other businesses to steer clear.

Delivery date postponed multiple times. Latest delivery is currently 6 weeks and they took my money right away for approx. 4 weeks ago and before they actually was able to ship my item. I finally got my stuff today. I wrote many emails to them but newer got any answers. Finally then i asked for my money back i suddenly got emails that the product was on it's way,

Absolute Joke of a company!!

Order goods online over a month ago and still have not received them and no updates whatsoever.

They are cheap for a reason.

I gave 1 star only because I cannot give less!!! GGM Gastro is the worst company I’ve dealt with in years.
They are so bad at customer service once you have paid for your products!! They tell you it's in stock and ready for delivery in days, and it ends up being months of waiting and endless calls where nobody is saying or doing anything!! It is appalling how they are dealing with their customers!! Stay away from this company!!! Spend your money somewhere else!!

GGM Gastro is the worst company I’ve dealt with in years. They publish false product specifications on their website, lure you into buying, and then refuse to take any responsibility when you receive something that doesn’t match the description.

I bought based on the specs they listed. When I found out the information was wrong and incomplete, I gave them every chance to make it right: return for a full refund, partial refund, or even store credit. They refused all of it. Instead, their “customer service” blamed me for trusting their own website!

This is misleading advertising and, in my opinion, a fraudulent business practice. They know how to be transparent—they have other products where they clearly list both gross and net specifications—but they deliberately left it out in my case.

If you value your money, time, and sanity, do not buy from GGM Gastro. They sell on wrong product specs, hide critical information, and their customer support is unhelpful, dismissive, and downright insulting.

I order in September 2025 a 1300€ coffeemaker...after receiving it .....it stop working after 3 weeks...
I call/send emails to costumer service..the send me you tube videos how to repair it by myself..., didn't work..they send more videos after waiting for a response from them for weeks....after 30 e mails and 10 calls..they finally agree to take it back for repair.THAT NEEDS ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. After FURTHER 2 weeks they told me it is repaired and on the way back to me it needs 2-4 business days...that was on the 17 th of December ...now it is the 10th of January and I still don't haven't received the machine:-(((...NEVER AGAIN ..BUYING AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Ordered the package on November 28th and was only told after I had paid that the product wasn’t in stock. It has now been three weeks with no update, very disappointing as I was hoping to order a fun Christmas gift. Would not recommend using GGM Gastro, or Shop.

(First order) Good value, fast efficient and prepaid VAT (VOEC) all went without hitch.

But their "discounts" are total nonsense. Items are never sold at full price and the listed price continues to increase regardless of how big the discount is!

Package stuck at PostNord depo for 2 weeks, tried to contact GGMgastro 3 times to ask for assistance.. no reply.
