Great product that has improved the VIP experience in our venue.

Listo creates not only a great experience for guests but also for our staff - we are able to know exactly when a guest needs service and when they do not. The Listo team is also great with feedback and troubleshooting help.

Listo has been a fantastic tool for us to ensure our guests are taken care of in a timely manner & to hold staff accountable. The system was easy to implement, simple to edit for each event, & has been received very well by guests & staff alike. Likewise, the hardware has always functioned as advertised.

The services and team at Listo make the entire process very easy! Any time we had an issue or concern, Tina was willing to immediately help no matter what time it was.
