I ordered the EDG base tronco for my Christmas Tree. It was very well packed, but arrived completely broken in various places.
I took various pictures and sent an email to Gellinna customer service informing them of this incident and requesting a refund.
I immediately received an answer apologizing and ask me if I would like to receive another Base Tronco, which I did. On Tuesday I received another EDG Base Tronco which arrived in PERFECT condition. I can only say that Gellinna customer service is TOP: Thank you
