My fourth withdrawal has arrived.. I just can't get enough from gamehag, it's a legit site as far as you don't violate terms and conditions

Avoid this platform at all costs. This is now the FIFTH time they have done this to me. I complete these surveys completely honestly, put in a ton of hard work, and answer every single question carefully. They accept my data, credit my account, and then hit me with a "Reversal" out of nowhere. Because I already used my earned rewards, their broken system pulled the balance back and forced my account into a negative balance. Having a balance LESS THAN ZERO is actually crazy. They happily steal your data, give it to their advertisers, and then put you in "debt" on their app for doing honest work. Absolute fraud.

Site is a complete scam, rejected my cashout for no reason. No customer service they just make false claims and copy paste things with A.I. responses.

I am absolutely heartbroken and disgusted by this platform. I spent weeks grinding tasks across all their offerwalls to earn Robux as a surprise gift for my crush. Instead of rewarding my hard work, the administration literally robbed my account step by step. First, an admin manually stole 2,000 gems. Later, they deducted another 5,000 gems. To make it even worse, my remaining redemptions were completely reversed, and they just hit me with another "Admin Add" deduction of 142 gems. This is the 5th time they have manipulated my balance. They let you do hours of free labor, accumulate thousands of gems, and then systematically strip them away so you can never withdraw. They didn't just scam me out of 7,000+ gems; they completely ruined a real-life moment and a gift for someone I deeply care about. Heartless, corrupt, and pure evil. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gamehag.

I registered on the platform, invited many friends using my referral link, and actively promoted the website because I believed it was legitimate. After completing an offer, the reward initially appeared in my account, but the balance was later removed.

When I contacted support, they simply claimed it was “fraud” without providing any evidence or explanation. They refused to pay my earnings and stopped responding to my messages altogether.

Over time, several other users have contacted me and described the same experience. Based on what I and others have experienced, it appears that Gamehag receives payment from advertisers but does not always pay users for completed offers, instead removing the rewards and ignoring support requests.

I cannot recommend this platform. Use it at your own risk.

Trust this site its legit

I was enjoying the site and have made multiple redemptions, which would usually be approved within a day. Now I’m extremely frustrated because I made a redemption on 6/1/26 and it still has not been approved. I message customer support and their response is that my redemption is pending further review and then exit the support chat. I’ve been waiting 48 days now with 0 hope that my redemption is honored. Had nothing but good things to say about Gamehag, but it’s extremely frustrating that they can get away with stealing like this.

They banned me for no reason

When I tried to cash out the website stole all my gems remaining in my account and denied my gift card. After earning on here for weeks of my time and everything was good they steal my money. My account remains active and I can still earn gems but they will just steal them. I am talking to a lawyer to take legal action against these thieves.

As soon as I signed up via Google and checked the list of available games for my platform (Windows), I was disappointed by the underwhelming selection and immediately looked for an option to delete my account. Well, what do you know? THERE IS NONE. That's the biggest red flag for any website.

I assumed I would have to reach out to support to request that they delete it, so I sent an email to support, and they replied to me an hour later with:

"Hello, unfortunately, we are unable to delete your account

Gamehag
Gamehag"

I replied an hour later asking for them to provide a reason as to why they can't do that, at the very least. It's been 13 hours since and I haven't received a response back. This is so comically suspicious that I no longer care if they respond back or not.

I changed my Google password right after that, and I find it ABSOLUTELY INSANE for ANY website you share information with to be unable to delete your account. Before signing up with Gamehag, I made an account with Timebucks and did the exact same thing after being disappointed with their game selection. Guess what? THERE WAS A DELETE ACCOUNT OPTION. For Gamehag to not have this is ridiculous, and their support is utterly useless. Just assume they sell your info to shady websites and be done with them. Unbelievable.

They scam my money, it seems to be an ongoing issue recently I am assuming it is a change in management there usually a manager is involved in scams like this. The same thing is happening to me the offer was approved but funds being held by this scam site they did not even award it to my balance even though the offerwall advertiser says it was sent. I think someone should make a class action lawsuit and make complaint to authorities because they keep stealing money. My friends account stayed active even though they rejected his payout and stole his money, what site does not ban you in hopes you will earn more money for them to steal? Gamehag. I had issue with offerwall not releasing funds and they do nothing to contact the scam offerwall they continue to promote it on their site. Do not use Lootably offerwall they stole my money even when the offer customer support said money was sent the offerwall did not respond correctly saying they did not hear from the advertiser when in fact they already have the money from the complete. There is a serious issue going on here I cannot wait for them to be sued or go to jail.

Gamehag is nice if you want to buy some game and you don't have money on you. Some offer may do chargebacks if you don't awnser thruthfully but in general great experience and fast payment.

I am extremely disappointed with Gamehag's customer support. I spent days honestly completing the WordWise Crossword offer on the MyChips offerwall.
When the reward didn't arrive, I contacted MyChips directly. They investigated my case, approved it, and officially confirmed that my rewards WERE SENT to Gamehag. However, because Gamehag recently removed/hid the MyChips offerwall from their website, this transaction got stuck in their system.
Instead of helping a loyal user and crediting the Soul Gems manually using the clear proof from the offerwall provider, Gamehag support literally replied with: "Again, MyChips is no longer available on Gamehag. There is nothing we can do".
This is a terrible way to treat users. I did my part honestly, the provider paid for it, but Gamehag kept the benefit and refused to manually fix their own tracking error.
If the support team resolves this issue and credits my Soul Gems, I will update my rating.

Very bad company that steals money. I had $20 and everything was approved by the offer wall and gamehag all points were good for months. The day I cashed out they took the money and left my account open, hoping that I would try to earn more money for them to steal. This company will be getting sued in the near future.

Also they banned me from their server chat within 1 min of telling the other users that my cash out was rejected even though all points approved for over a month.

offerwall sites come & go, 30 years, almost since the internet exists, these sites come & go, its ALWAYS the same, in the beginning its not that bad, sometimes even GREAT, more like rarely instead of sometimes

While having AT LEAST an average working costumer support, mods & service with average payouts is enough to keep people engaged.

BUT

Gamehag is now stopping doing that. I just got banned in chat for saying that i didn't get my 11.500 gems in almost 2 weeks & i dont like that & thats bad costumer service. So basically got banned for just saying the truth because my support tickets get ignored.

I opened 2 support tickets on the matter, waited 48 hours & got the same answer 2 times. A simple, absolute useless, frustrating & zero helpful automated bot answer, one of those answers who make you feel extremely disrespected as costumer regarding your intelligence & common sense, because its so obvious.
