Jeremy sent a very polite and well…

Jeremy sent a very polite and well worded letter telling me that the money stolen from my account will be credited to my account. However I am still awaiting this money being returned to my credit card account and therefore cannot give a true review.

Well the trick to join in 1st place was annoying bit I have to say the speedy response to my complaint is really impressive.
Bob from the Escalation Team assures me of a refund of any charges and I'm really grateful. Its so easy to be mislead and I'm not 100% being elderly, deaf & not tech savvy.
Thank you for your response & kindness
I'll be more careful.
