I am writing this review to warn everyone about FreeTonCoin / FreeTon.in. I made a TON deposit from my verified Binance account to their platform, and although the funds were successfully received by their wallet, they are REFUSING to credit them to my account.
🔹 THE FACTS:
- I have been a regular user of FreeTonCoin and have made multiple successful deposits in the past using the SAME recipient address they provided me.
- My account is linked to the Memo/Tag: UQDKHZ.
- On June 20, 2026, I made two deposits to the EXACT SAME ADDRESS I always use.
- The ONLY difference is that I forgot to include the Memo/Tag this time.
- The transactions are fully confirmed on the TON blockchain:

🔹 THEIR RESPONSE:
When I contacted support, they confirmed that the transactions exist on the blockchain but refused to credit them because the Memo/Tag is missing. Their exact error message was:
"Transaction is missing the required Tag/Memo or it does not match your account"
This means:
✅ They CAN see my funds.
✅ The funds ARE in their wallet.
❌ They are CHOOSING not to credit them to my account.
🔹 WHY THIS IS A SCAM:
This is NOT a technical issue. It is a deliberate policy to steal funds from users who make honest mistakes. I have used the SAME ADDRESS for all my previous deposits, so they KNOW these funds belong to me. They have the technical ability to manually credit my account, just like many other platforms do, but they refuse.
🔹 MY WARNING TO OTHERS:
DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY on FreeTonCoin / FreeTon.in. If you ever make a mistake, even a small one like forgetting the Memo/Tag, they will keep your money and refuse to help you. They are not a legitimate platform — they are designed to take your money and give you nothing in return.
🔹 WHAT I WILL DO NEXT:
I have already filed complaints with consumer protection authorities, and I will continue to share my experience on every platform possible until this is resolved. I urge everyone who has been scammed by them to do the same.

TON deposits require a Memo/Tag because our deposit address is shared by all users. The address alone doesn't identify you — everyone sends to the same one. The Memo/Tag is the only thing that links a deposit to your account.
Without it, there's no information in the transaction tying the funds to you, and we have no way to confirm ownership since anyone could claim an untagged deposit. This isn't us refusing a deposit we know is yours — we genuinely can't identify it. This is why the Memo/Tag requirement is shown during the deposit process.
