Deceitful pricing
Added fragrances to my basket, and when I went to check-out, all fragrances had been boosted slightly in price. Having purchased from this retailer multiple times before, I of course didn't want to accept that random price increase, so I sent an e-mail on July 5th requesting why all items were suddenly a few euros more expensive. No response. So I sent another e-mail a couple of days ago. No response. OK, you clearly don't want my business. Bye.
Edited after response: I wrote three e-mails, and received no reply. Your deceitful pricing has nothing to do with VAT as that for DK would be an addition of 25%. You added a few euros to each item, small enough to overlook if you weren't paying attention. But don’t worry, there are plenty of other fish in the sea that want my money.

I have ordered many times from this shop and it’s always a super fast delivery. You can get most Lataffa fragrances there at a reasonable price and they also stock the brand new ones quite fast. Would always recommend buying here. They usually offer free perfumes when you order for a certain amount and you can even pick out of a few choices which one you would like to get!

This store is a complete joke. I ordered a few perfumes in December 2025, before Christmas, and as I was writing this comment, February 5th, and I still haven't received my package. The people giving 5-star reviews must be employees of this store; there's no contact information, and no one answers the phone. I feel cheated as a customer. Parcels from China arrive much faster, and as we know, the distance is incomparably greater. Yet, I've never had problems like I did with fragra.de. Personally, I don't recommend ordering anything there.
