I am so glad I went for Fold for my home reformer - it's such high quality, not like a lot of the slightly cheaper reformers. So worth spending the little bit extra, it's built to last, I use mine at least 4 times a week - sometimes more with private clients and they love it too.
customer service is great and the freebies like the access to classes + props are amazing.

Before you order a Fold reformer ask yourself two questions. 1. Do you want to own a beautifully crafted piece of equipment? 2. Are you prepared to wait a long time to receive it?
My Fold reformer was delivered today it took 2 months from order to delivery. I was initially given a delivery slot at the beginning of this week but unfortunately due to a glitch with logistics the delivery was cancelled at the 11th hour - very frustrating! The fold team replied to my email about this problem immediately, they were very sympathetic and assured me they would find out what had happened; sadly I had to chase to get the answers, hence only 4 stars.
Today ArrowXL made the delivery in the 2 hour time slot given, with a phone call to let me know they were on their way. A very professional 2 person team with clear terms and conditions attached to the delivery notification.
The reformer was incredibly well packed and once unboxed was very easy to assemble (solo) following the video on the app.
I am delighted with this machine, it is beautifully made and yes - it was worth the wait!

A few months after purchasing machine I realised I was missing the foot strap. Sent a quick email to Fold and 2 days late a strap was delivered - incredible customer service. Many thanks :)

I love how customisable the bed is, so you can pick the finish to match your space perfectly. The folding mechanism is so clever and easy to use and makes storage at home a breeze. I've also been loving exploring the range of workouts on the app, and it's been an absolute game-changer for my Pilates practice.

I've had my fold reformer for 18 months now and I absolutely love it, hooked in fact. Its a very sturdy machine and great to use, looks good as well.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my Fold Studio Reformer. From ordering through to delivery, the whole experience has been fantastic. The customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful and incredibly responsive, which made the whole process feel really easy.

The delivery was also brilliant. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making sure the reformer arrived safely.

The reformer itself is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is exceptional and it looks so stylish and premium in my home gym. The finish, attention to detail and overall feel are far beyond what I expected. It feels really solid and well made, but at the same time looks sleek and sophisticated rather than like a bulky piece of gym equipment.

I also love the accessories. They feel high quality and complement the reformer perfectly.

Overall, I’m so impressed with Fold. It’s rare to find a company that gets everything right fantastic customer service, seamless delivery and a genuinely beautiful, high-quality product. I emailed Fold on this morning (Sunday) as I was struggling to access the videos for their new 6 week challenge. My email was responded to very quickly and within a few minutes everything was sorted out and I am now able to enjoy the start to this great challenge. I’d been watching FOLD on the socials for a while before I purchased. I really liked what they were about. The machine arrived quickly, loads of extras with it including ball, weights, ring. It’s a really lovely machine, I enjoy it and I look forward to adding to it with the tower etc in the future! Totally recommend xx

The bed feels really solid, such high quality and looks amazing. The easi-fold design means it works perfectly at home without taking up too much space.

I’ve absolutely loved using the app alongside it too. There’s such a range of classes, with options for everyone so it’s easy to fit a workout in whenever I have time.

I really wanted to write a positive review but the communication and fulfilment has been shockingly poor, to the point in initially thought it was a scam ( until I visited the team ) then I almost cancelled.

We ordered on the 10th April with the promise of an end April delivery, in time for the intended birthday gift date, that date passed. I chased, no reply. I then visited the office as I was concerned about the authenticity of the company. It is real, but even there false and unfulfilled promises were given. Our guests ( some paying ) have missed out on a product our Gym promised to offer.

I was advised in June that our goods had arrived in Europe and would leave soon and that I would be contacted by their shipping agent. No such response was received and the Customer team at Fold had no real idea or control as to when this would happen.

The reformer arrived last week, but not with the two man delivery team and without prior notice. I had to manhandle the 78kg package into the Gym as the ineffective / unprofessional single delivery driver knew nothing about what was required expected or paid for.

Over all the quality of the product is good, bar a hastily misaligned head rest. It's a standard Chinese product I believe with a Fold logo and access to what is a pretty good app I must admit.

The value from what I can see is in the app and the image, however this has already been massively eroded by the terrible and ineffective communication and customer service received plus the quality issue ( while may not be major it worries me its one of a few hastily fitted items ).

In terms of making amends, I made a very simple request for a good will offer of an additional app sign in and a further year ( at basically no real cost to Fold ) and despite my patience, good will and tolerance this request has been declined.

There has been no meaningful acknowledgement of the impact of the delay and a refusal to offer any good will gesture in return.

Having been in international sales and product development for many years I know this process can and should be delivered with ease.

False and unfulfilled promises, zero accountability or meaningful response is the bottom line.

The reformer is really high quality and went together easily - there's a great video online showing you how. Even my husband was impressed! It works beautifully, came with all the accessories and was nicely packaged. Delivery was fairly quick and I was kept up to date about it all. I'd high recommend this product and company.

I love my Fold Reformer. It is high quality design, smooth flowing and easy to use. From set up to set down every detail has been consider. The compact folded machine is simple to move around and with the easi-Fold system couldn’t be easier to pack up and set up. The carriage is super smooth, the ropes a delight and the springs fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Fold to anyone I talk to and when I come to owning my own studio space Fold will be my first call for my equipmnent.

Fold Customer Service has been faultless throughout my experience as well. They can definitely teach a course on how to do customer service well.

I am absolutely delighted with my Original FÔLD Reformer with Easi‑Fold. The quality is outstanding, sturdy, smooth, and clearly built with real care. The folding mechanism is genuinely clever and makes it easy to store without any fuss. It’s been a brilliant addition to my home routine and has made Pilates feel more accessible and enjoyable.
The packaging of the machine was fab and the welcome video was brilliant, so helpful during the initial set up.
The additional box, extras and 12 month access to the app is also invaluable.
I could not recommend FOLD more!

This is an incredible piece of kit. It took me about 30 mins to set it up by myself and it’s easy enough to manoeuvre when folded using the wheels. The easy fold springs make this a cinch to unfold and pack away too. When in use, I was concerned I’d be aware of the fold joint but the carriage glides so smoothly without even a hint of a joint. I’m absolutely in love with my new reformer and won’t stop telling everyone how incredible it is! The fact it also came with all the accessories and a year’s free subscription is the icing on the cake and there are so many classes that I’m sure I’ll be challenged for good while yet.

I would love to be able to write a positive review but am unable as after over three months of waiting, my reformer has still not arrived. I ordered it at the end of March and it was supposedly handed over to the courier at the beginning of April. I have had no updates from the shipping company and the FOLD customer service team seem to have no idea where my reformer is now. For such an expensive item it’s completely unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering purchasing through this brand.

This bit of kit is life changing. I have never felt so strong and been so motivated to continue the journey. I have horses, had a nasty accident and knew I needed to strengthen up before getting back on. I went to a studio 3x a week for 3 months and it was costing me a small fortune. I also realised that once I was riding again time would not be on my side. I have now had my FOLD reformer a few months and use it almost daily. My husband has also fallen in love with reformer (Slightly annoying as i keep finding him on it when I get home!). its a proper machine, feels studio quality. Introduced a neighbour to it and she has also purchased one. If you are on the fence just do it, you wont regret it.

I’m absolutely delighted with my reformer. The customer service has been fantastic from start to finish, and the reformer itself is beautifully made. The colour is stunning, the quality is excellent, and it feels incredibly sturdy and well‑designed. Assembly was much easier than expected — their video guide walked me through every step, and with that, it all came together smoothly.
The FOLD app has also been a brilliant addition, with loads of workout videos to follow, making it really easy to get started.
The only downside was the delivery team refusing to take the box one flight up to my first floor, which contradicts what the website states. It’s something the company should definitely address with their delivery partner. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, as I opened everything downstairs and carried it up in parts, but it’s worth noting.
Overall, despite that small hiccup, I highly recommend this product. It’s a beautiful, high‑quality reformer and a great experience all round.
