DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. In reality, there is almost no customer service at all.

I placed an order for a ceiling fan over a month ago, and I’m STILL waiting for it to be delivered. There has been little to no communication, no meaningful updates, and no sense of urgency from the company.

How can a company take someone’s money and then leave them waiting for more than a month with virtually no customer support? This is completely unacceptable.

I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that actually value their customers and understand that once you take someone’s money, you have a responsibility to deliver the product and provide proper support.

Very disappointing experience. I would give zero stars if Google/Yelp allowed it.

Unique pieces that cant be found in every other home.

Products were as described and communication was excellent!

Love these guys! I ordered a light. It arrived damaged. They immediately replaced it. I needed help with installation, and they were so quick to provide help. Great team of people.

I have not received my item yet. This rating is based on the questions they’re asking.
1. The shopping experience in the website is pretty good. There are plenty of picture and details. They do not have uploads of the installation manuals, etc. Nor do they have pictures uploaded of their wall plates and remotes, though they did send me pictures when I asked.
2. Their product style does resonate with me. I appreciate the sleek and smooth designs and either wood imitations or real wood.
3. Any additional feedback was mentioned above regarding product information. Also, I was a little bummed to see such a long shipping estimate these days.

There's a good variety of options. We were looking for specifications on the lights we ordered. Customer service was very helpful getting us the technical information that we were looking for. The only negative response that I can give is that, I turned off the box to be added to the email marketing list. Within less than 30 minutes off making my purchase I recieved a marketing email.

I saw the light fixture, thought I wanted a triple light, changed to a single light. Easy order ! This site does resonate with my style, I am already looking at other items and ideas!

Great looking product represented well on the site. Easy to order and it appears quick shipping.

It's not clear shipping dates and delivery eventhoug I paid express, and contacting customer service phone number, lady hung up on me . Band manners, so sad.

Not too many choices, selections were arranged well, shipping is free, looking forward to installing them.

Was an easy quote request process and the order placement process was easy as well.

I trust what I ordered. Waterproof, brightness, I plan on using it to light our flag at night

Your site is easy to find the items I needed. Your options are great.

Misleading delivery information. The fans we wanted were listed as: "Instock, Ready To Ship usa canada." "Standard Shipping Lead Time :15-20 Business days"

What this really means is somewhere in the world the fans are in stock but, in our case, it will take over a month to receive them. After finding out this information out a week into the order I have now cancelled the order and have found a similar product that can be delivered in a week.
I will modify this three star rating depending upon how they handle the cancellation and refund.

As promised, I have since heard back from Flyachilles and I rescinded my order cancellation based on them offering an acceptable solution with a generous store credit, or equivalent discount off my existing order.
I still feel their website is confusing at best, and misleading at worse, and prospective shoppers should check on the delivery window if they need something in a hurry as I did in this case. In the end, order placement to item delivery will have been 6 weeks.
