The delivery in Paris was also incredibly fast (2 days), which was a huge plus.

When placing our first order we were guided through by FlorAccess and kept up to date at all time, including a photo of the plants ready to leave NL on the trollies. The plants all arrived in great condition and we were called to tell us the time of delivery.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the latest batch of plants quality due to them being held at customs in freezing temperatures which led to cold damage on certain plant species. I voiced this to the customer service team and they were very fast to process a refund for those damaged. Very important to small businesses like mine. Thank you Ewoud!
