Extremely disappointing experience — missed my international flight due to lack of communication
I booked my international flight through this app, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely stressful. There was a change to my flight schedule, but I was not properly informed or notified by the booking app.
Because I was unaware of the change, I missed my flight. This put me in a very difficult situation, especially because I had a connecting flight to catch afterward. I had to personally contact the airline and request them to arrange another flight so I could continue my journey.
For an international trip, passengers depend on the booking company to provide timely and accurate updates about any schedule changes. Failing to notify a customer about a flight change can have serious consequences, including missed flights, additional expenses, and a lot of unnecessary stress.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication. I would strongly recommend that anyone booking through this app double-check all flight updates directly with the airline, rather than relying solely on the app.
