I never bought Flash Burn — but their "Senior Specialist" spent a week grinding down my refund
I want to be precise about why I'm reviewing Flash Burn: I never purchased their product. I ordered a different supplement (MemoCept, $216.99, August 20, 2026) and canceled it within about ten minutes. Every piece of correspondence about that order then arrived from contact@ and support@, signed "Luana Sousa — Senior Specialist, Customer Relations and Support Team" — and the display name on those emails reads "Luana Sousa – RET de Flash Burn."
So whatever Flash Burn sells, this is the support operation sitting behind their domain, and this is how it handled a simple cancellation request:
First, a warm email asking me to explain "the specific reason or challenge" that led me to stop. I answered plainly: I bought it by mistake. The reply was a sales pitch about brain fog and aging, arguing that my mistake was actually the solution my body needed — followed by an offer of 13% of my money back if I kept the product and replied "YES."
I asked for a full refund. Next came 17%, wrapped in a warning about restocking fees ($43.40), self-paid return postage ($18–$30), and a 30-business-day wait. Then $38 — about 17% — described as "a special and definitive financial solution" approved by the executive board. Days earlier, the payment processor had already offered me 50%. The offers went down the longer I held out.
Each message closes with elaborate religious blessings on my health and my home. In a refund negotiation, that isn't warmth — it's a device, and it made the whole exchange feel worse, not better.
Meanwhile, the marketing emails never stopped. A week after I demanded a refund, I was still being told how to use the product properly.
If this is the team that handles Flash Burn customers too, take that into account before you buy.
