The return of the goods is a complete scam. After returning the item you will never receive your money back. Emailing and follow up for three months has shown me that this is also scam! Recommend to stay away from this.

Very fast shipping and good quality over the product

I ordered a replacement part from FixPart. I searched using my exact appliance model number, and their website confirmed that this part was compatible with my appliance. However, while it physically fits, it is functionally incompatible because crucial technical specifications (spring strength) were omitted from the product page. This is a clear case of misleading product details and a false compatibility confirmation.
Instead of addressing this issue, customer support only replies with automated, useless templates. It is impossible to reach a real person.
I demand a real representative to contact me immediately to process a full refund. Order ID: 202608413693

I got wrong part, report it answered all questions on reporting tool. And jet whole that week they keep asking same set of questions just by e mails one per day. So that may take ages. So fare they claiming that it will fit An8d if I want to return it i have to pay for delivery. That's not gonna happened

Don't trust them! Absolutely horrific service, I only received one part delivered after more than 2 weeks, even though I ordered 2 parts that shoul have been delivered after 1-2 days and 1-2 weeks. Now I have to proove that I didn't get the second part. How can I proove something that has not been delivered?!

I ordered a replacement part for the rubber of my freezer- this is not my expertise so I am not familiar with what is good for what so when I received my package I noticed it is not the right size.
I paid 56 euros for this rubber, and to return I was also asked to pay the shipping fee.
I received an email from postnl saying it reached them but they insist on saying that they havent received it.
It is already annoying that I have to pay a return shipping fee but they still havent processed my return.
I would definitely advise against to buy from them.

Customer service felt very unwilling to assist and I kept receiving what seemed like a template or AI generated email response prompting me to reach out to the manufacturer, even though the parts I was looking for my device (or alternative versions) were very generic items (silicone O-rings) and seemed to be available, resulting in an unsuccessful and unpleasant interaction.

Fast and precise delivery. Everything is good.

I ordered an incorrect part - they requested a photograph of why it didn’t fit, it was a fridge door shelf!!
Sadly I had already ordered the new part from them which came and did fit.
At the moment and it’s now 2 months ongoing I still have no refund for the returned part.
I have reported to PayPal so it is with them at the moment to resolve but the time and effort is simply NOT worth it, do yourself a favour AVOID at all costs.

Great experience. Wide selection of products available, easy to search through options, and descriptions were clear. Shipped very quickly. Very content that the problem with my fridge was fixed so quickly. I would definitely recommend this store.

Aftermarket parts are being sold as Miele OEM and can only be returned on my own costs. That is a scam...

Had to send a part back (in the original state) and they told me it was damaged. Send me a picture as 'proof' on which i didnt see anything relaxed to the 'damage'. So if you send them something back you're f'ed. When you ask questions they anwser with no answer and don't give you any proof.

Scammers, they keep you blood hoest money!

I was very satisfied with my order. Customer service is excellent, very professional staff. They helped me thru email to get the correct product. I ordered a glass tray for my combimagnetron and I was expecting to get it broken but it was packed very carefully. The prices are indeed a bit high but the service is also excellent. I really recommend!

I ordered a replacement hinge for an integrated fridge which was 16 years old but perfectly fine . No other on-line spares company stocked the model and serial number. I coul of taken a risk and hoped for the best but as it happened I didn't need to . Next day delivery excellent service.

Terrible after care service. I ordered a part for a washing machine. According to the website it should fit. Receive the part, but has a completely different form factor and it will never fit the washing machine.
I ask to ship it back and am charged another 7 euros for shipping. So on a 20 euro piece I’m now paying 14 euros for shipping. My complaint about the shipping costs (they state they will refund it if they don’t send the right part) has not been handled yet. I have sent photos as requested 4 times and they simply start ignoring me until I write another complaint. It has been 6 weeks and still no resolution.
Won’t order again.

Terrible customer service loop. I provided the exact manufacturer part number and the specific internal component stamp for a Siemens cooker, and the support agent just sent a copy-pasted email asking me to look at an exploded diagram to point out what I wanted. They clearly don't read customer messages or understand the technical parts they are selling.
