Firewood Flex wood burns like no other!

Firewood Flex is an easy and efficient way to get the highest quality kiln dried wood delivered to your home. In addition, the bags make it easy move and stack. I highly recommend trying this small business run by hard workers who care about their product!

Flexible quantities, great service

Big fan of this company. I was drawn to the flexibility of the mega bags, which allow you to avoid committing to a face cord without ruining the economics. Wood quality is good, but the sales crew is excellent. My shipment got split up into two parts, which had me a little confused. They got back to me quickly to set me straight.

I ordered a full cord which came on 2…

I ordered a full cord which came on 2 pallets. Can’t comment on the quality of the wood but the delivery was a disaster. Both pallets broke while being removed from the truck because the wrong pallets were used for the amount of weight each held. It took me and my 93 year old father in law 6 hours to move the wood out of the street/driveway. I missed a day of work (self employed). I can’t recommend purchasing wood from this company.

Hearing that you and your 93-year-old father-in-law had to spend six hours clearing the street and that you lost a day of work because of it is completely unacceptable. Delivering our product safely and without causing disruption to your home is our responsibility, and we clearly fell short here.

We are actively investigating what happened with the pallet integrity during transit and unloading to make sure this cannot happen again. More importantly, I want to make this right for you directly.

The delivery was smooth and seamless and super quick. The wood burns nice and doesn’t have that stinky smoky scent! Absolutely would use it again. Without a doubt!

First order great - second order not so much

Previously ordered from Firewood Flex and it was great. Made another order and wood was not of same quality - didn't burn, very smoky.
