Best pet insurance we have tried. They always process the declarations within 2-3 days. Super easy to put the declaration online and never had any struggles or misunderstandings with them.

I already gave 5 stars and wrote a review for the excellent Figo customer service, so this is more about my experience with the insurance itself, and again up to now we stick with 5 stars :)
My first claim was for standard vaccination and it was handled in great timing, i think within 48 hours i got a response and after that (the day after i guess) already received my reimboursment in my bank account. My second claim was a bit more complex as i had to go to the emergency clinic with Mimoun. Since we registered with Figo not even two months ago it was necessary for me to provide the full medical record available, and after sending it they had to review it, so this time it took longer to get a final response (maybe about ten days), but once i received it the reimboursment was again very fast in my account.
So up to now Mimoun and I are quite satisfied with our Figo experience.
And of course we hope to have to use the insurance just for the yearly vaccination from now on! Fingers crossed!

I would not recommend this company.
In my experience, the policies regarding promotions were not always communicated clearly upfront, yet they were applied very strictly. This created a sense of inconsistency and lack of transparency in how the terms were explained and enforced.
What was particularly disappointing is that the explanation provided below by Figopet claims that these conditions are included in their terms and conditions, which is simply not true. The information they referred to is not clearly stated in their regulations.
Customer service was also disappointing, with slow responses and limited engagement in resolving issues.
Additionally, the feedback and reviews available online only reinforce the lack of trust many customers seem to have in the company. The reviews on Google are already very negative, and the reviews here are even worse.
Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations and negatively affected my level of trust in the company. As a result, I decided not to renew my contract.
