It came to the Day for delivery, i got an email saying out of stock. They had my payment for a week. Now they are refusing to refund via the original payment method. Scammer avoid.

Received a "new" machine that sparks intensely in the dynamo. Sent the video of it to the company. They only responded once to send the receipt by mail, which I did. Now there is no response by mail nor by phone (waited on to occasions for more than 20 min in the line) conclusion: Hope your product arrives in good condition otherwise the costumer service is nonexistent.

ordered a tool to cut trees. took many weeks to get a damaged box. the chains that i ordered with it never arrived (now 6 months ago). after many messages i was promised that the money would be returned. that was many weeks ago. i think this company is either very unprofessional or a scam

Made purchase, customer support followed up to inform me that item was delayed stock, I changed the order accordingly, item shipped promptly, exactly as described, customer service sent me 5 year warranty card, all completed with manufacturer.

First time ordering and I had an excellent experience. I placed order on Tuesday night (22:30) and received immediate confirmation with invoice attachment the next day. I was surprised that my new Makita hoover was delivered on Thursday - within 2 days !

It was packaged well and couriered straight to my door free of charge. The price for the hoover was excellent too.

Given the above, I would definitely use 'ferramentas.pt' again.

This is my second experience and just checked if there is a logic in what happens. On the website they say check if in stock. When you say check they expect the item in a week. You even get an email with an expected delivery date. On the day of the expected delivery day you need to take the initiative to check what is going on. Then they say it is out of stock and the item comes two weeks later. In general it takes more than a month. Last year I tried the same and I had no rush and took more than two months, and they have your money in their bank account and most of the times they spend communicating to you is to say sorry delayed with the supplier. In the meantime ordered via another channel and item is delivered next week. So it is a great site, great prices, but not reliable at all if you need the item at short notice. Funny to mention, the reviews on Google all are excellent all made by one reviewer... Really?

I bought a Makita Electric Chainsaw, after receiving it and testing it, just in the air, not cutting wood, I found it was pouring oil in excess all over, leaking on the floor, so I contacted ferramentas.pt and told them I found it weird and also sent them high resolution pictures of the machine to see their opinion as I never owned a machine like this before, they said (they are authotized service, "the experts") send it back, so I did, then after almost 10 days they said the machine was ok, they compared with others similar and it was fine and they will send it back.
A week later I contacted them to ask when they will send the machine and in next days they iniciated the process of sending it back.
When I finally have the machine back it was really oily and with plenty of dust attached to the oil, I checked the screws with a magnifier lens to see if it was opened and the screws were marked so it was opened!. From factory screws are alwys perfect as they use the right tool, in the other hand repair shops (like ferramentas.pt) use whaterver they have at hand so usually the leave behind marks on the screws easy to spot.
So they lied to me saying they did nothing the machine was just fine (when they actually opened it!).
Then I tried it and... no leaks at all!, it works like never before so that mess of oil wasn't normal and that proves they fixed a BROKEN MACHINE they sold to me AS NEW and that I paid AS NEW.
So be aware of this poeple and avoid them, they are dishonest.

Complete waste of time. Although friendly to deal with, this shop has completely abysmal service. I placed an order for a Makita attachment. It was marked in stock on the website when I ordered. When nothing arrived a week after I placed my order I contacted the seller. The seller told me that the item was out of stock (even though they advertised that it was in stock) and they had to order it in. So I waited. Some 2 weeks later and chasing the seller for updates the item was back in stock and then was shipped. When I finally received the package and unboxed it, to my disappointment and frustration I had been sent a different part from another brand. After waiting over a month for the item to arrive I just wanted my money back so I could order elsewhere. I sent the item back for a refund. The refund took over a week to be issued. I’m glad I used PayPal. I’d avoid this shop and go elsewhere.
