I ordered a $200 bouquet of peonies for my wedding. The flowers were awful, wilted,and limp, with browning petals. Nothing like the pictures! It was so bad I couldn't even use them. I had to take a silk bouquet down the aisle instead. Very disheartening to say the least. I haven't even received a partial refund.

The truth is that the expectations were higher than the final product since on the page they looked spectacular and when I saw them they were not the same and the peonies that they gave me were white instead of pink I think that was where the main problem was

Fashion Flowers has a beautiful selection of flowers, no doubt. Their store is always a delight to visit with its array of colors and fragrances. However, I've had mixed experiences with customer service. While some staff are incredibly helpful, others seem less interested in assisting. If they improve on this aspect, it would enhance the overall experience significantly. Still, for the quality of their blooms, I'll continue to shop here
