No delivery! No service!
Hi there! I ordered on Aug 19th. My order has been sitting with a “label created” status since the 25th. I contacted customer service this morning and they assured me they would get it to the right people and get it resolved. Nothing heard a whole business day later. Who knows if the shirts are nice if they never ship?

Hi, we’re really sorry for the frustration and especially for not getting back to you with an update sooner. One of the blanks needed for your order had to be reordered, which caused the delay. Since every shirt is printed to order, we sometimes have to wait for a specific blank before we can finish an order.
We did mention the blank delay by email, but we should have done a better job keeping you updated afterward rather than leaving you wondering what was happening with your order. We apologize for that and appreciate your patience while we get this resolved.

They were able to do my special order, which are the same price as a regular order. The fabric is good quality and so soft. The designs are perfectly placed. I will definitely be a frequent shopper with Fab Creates!

It's a cute shirt but thin material
It's a cute shirt with a shark chasing a mermaid but I will say that the material is a bit thin; I'm not hopeful this shirt will last too long but on the bright side, it won't be too hot. :)
