paid for 24 hour boosting but have been ignored since the first email, now past 24 hour mark. Had no issues with them before so really surprised by this lack of response

Poor customer service
I have used this service numerous times, while they eventually deliver it is not anywhere close to the times promised on the website despite the values meeting the criteria for less than 15 min transfer. Further more my most recent experience they did not deliver my full balance, waited over 2 hours and during then the tracker says one thing but clearly it was not true.
