F10 FINANS, as found on f10.dk, maintains a professional demeanor and listens well to client needs, establishing trust quickly. However, over the past two years, my experience has been less than stellar. While recommended by Ageras, I've been dissatisfied with the costs relative to the value provided, feeling overcharged for phone conversations and extended communication with SKAT that yielded little feedback. Attempts to disengage, such as closing accounts before leaving Denmark, were costly and ultimately unmet. This experience has been the most disappointing I've encountered with accountants in Denmark, a country known for its customer service orientation.

Extremely professional and competent approach, actively listened to my needs and understood my situation, which quickly created a feeling of trust.

My experience with F10 spans the past two years. I was brought to them by Ageras, which recommended them to me for various reasons.

I've been underwhelmed by the amount of money I've paid for nothing in return.

I've been charged an hourly rate for phone conversations which provided zero value to me.

I've been charged for communication with SKAT which lasted for over a year with no feedback, and any time that I followed-up via email on the matter I was either charged by F10, or ignored.

I left Denmark last month, and had zero help from F10. I asked if they would be able to close my accounts and such, and they said that they could do it for me, but I decided their price was too high for something so simple. They ended up charging me for the phone call.

Overall, this is the worst experience I've had with accountants in my life, and overall the worst experience I've had with Danes, who have usually been very easy to deal with and focused on customer service!
