Very professional staff and had a very good aftercare in my experience

From start to finish I have had an excellent experience going through the hair transplant process. The service I received from the team at EsteNove before, during, and now 9 months after the transplant, has been stellar. Booking the transplant in the first place was straightforward and easy, I had good communication with consultants right up to date of travel. When traveling to Istanbul, I was able to go with a friend who was also getting the procedure done, but found I did not really need this support as we were given a private hire taxi direct to the hotel we were staying prior to the procedure. Throughout the stay for all the trips from hotel to hospital and back, we were given private taxis so there were never any issues with travel. Once at the hospital the procedure was explained again thoroughly. I personally got maximum grafts and stem cell treatment as well so the surgery did take about 5-6 hours, but I was offered frequent breaks throughout the process. After treatment there was some swelling of my face due to the local anaesthetic and I would recommend taking the day afterwards at the hotel for recovery if you can, and at least a few days off work after the procedure to let the swelling go down (I did not do this and wish I had).

There are hair care products strongly recommended by EsteNove to use after the treatment and I have used these exclusively for the last 9 months. I have also been using minoxidil on my hair. I saw fairly quick results with the new hair follicles noticeably growing between the 3 and 6 month period. I have found my hair has consistently thickened as it's grown and I'm really pleased with the density I now have in the front considering there was no hair in most of the front area of my head before.

For me getting this treatment has already had a very positive impact on my life, my hair is not something I feel super conscious of any more. I would definitely recommend getting the procedure with EsteNove to anyone feeling conscious about their hair. Highly professional service throughout, there have been frequent check ins after the treatment and I'm very grateful to the team for all their support - considering the service you get from them I feel it's very good value for money too. The entire team was helpful and responsive from the very beginning. They did a great job of taking care of all services from transportation to the hotel to the procedure itself and they were very kind throughout the process. EsteNove followed up well after the transplant to ensure I was comfortable and following the correct post-treatment care plan. I would recommend them again and again!

I had my hair transplanted on August 15.2026I. I had an excellent experience with this clinic during and after procedure. What impressed me most was the aftercare service. After my surgery, the team stayed in contact with me and carefully followed my recovery. They regularly asked me to send pictures, especially after washing, so they could check my progress and make sure everything was healing properly.

They gave me detailed instructions on how to wash carefully, how to use the foam and shampoo, how to sleep and position my pillow, what clothing to wear to protect the treated area, and how to take my medications correctly. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were available to advise and reassure me.

I felt supported not only during the procedure but throughout the recovery process. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention, and continued care. I highly recommend them, especially for their amazing aftercare service. That are the best.

Their surgeons are top notch. Staff was also very supportive and communicative. Throughout the entire process from consultation to procedure, they stayed in constant communication, provided detailed instructions, and treated me with a lot of care. Results have been great so far. I’d love to share my wonderful experience before, during, and after my procedure! Everything was so well organized—from airport transportation and hotel reservations to getting to and from the clinic. It all went off without a hitch, and I stayed in touch with my amazing personal team via WhatsApp.

On the day of my procedure, I was warmly welcomed by my personal assistant and translator, Naz. She was incredibly helpful, walking me through each step of the process and facilitating my discussions with the physician, who was also hands-on during the procedure. The two surgical technicians who took care of their parts were top-notch—very skilled and experienced! Having my translator and assistant with me during the procedure made communication so smooth.

What really stood out to me was the fantastic post-operative support I received. I had an hour-long chat with Naz about what to do and what to avoid after surgery, as well as detailed product recommendations. The very next day, I had an appointment set up to wash the surgical site, and another lovely assistant and translator, Melissa, was ready to greet me at the entrance. Every step of the recovery process was explained in detail, which really put my mind at ease.

After I returned home, the support continued! I received multiple messages with helpful reminders about milestones and actions to take, and I could easily reach out with any questions. I typically got responses in just a few minutes. Now that it’s been about a month since my surgery, I’m still getting messages from the clinic asking for updates and pictures, along with real-time advice.

All in all, my experience has been fantastic, and I highly recommend the Estenove clinic for hair transplants! In fact, I’ve already shared my great experience with two of my friends!

I went to EsteNove in February 2026. I flew from Manchester and arrive at the IST Airport. After a very short wait, I was picked up by the drivers and taken to my Hotel to relax for the rest of the evening. I was then Whatsapped with the details of what time I would be picked up next morning etc. I was picked up the following morning the time they said they would be and was taken to the clinic to undergo the procedure. The procedure was painless, and everyone made sure you were comfortable throughout. I returned the next day for my check up and then flew home. The experience was great, nothing was hard whatsoever (didnt have to worry about where I needed to go etc), they planned it all perfectly. Thank You EsteNove and the team. It is also great to see that they have an aftercare team to follow your progress and answer any questions. Hopefully i'll be back at some point in 2027 :).

Currently writing this just over two weeks post procedure, this is my first time doing anything like this in terms of a procedure and it was overwhelming positive.
Things that stood out to me was the attention to details with planning and follow up care. I feel very supported through the process, especially during healing.
All the staff I interacted with were incredibly pleasant and overall was just a very easy and positive experience for something that is potentially very complicated.
And of course I’m still very early in my healing, but I am stoked on my results so far so I can’t wait to see how it develops.

Very informative and transparent sales started work Kate. She was professional an courteous and patient all the way until I decided to go ahead with the selected transplant. Then when I arrived, I received VIP treatment from other members of the team (Yasmeen, Begum, and Dr. Erim.) I was very comfortable all the way. The after-team followed my progress every few days to make sure everything was ok. They asked for pictures to verify all was going well. I am in my 3rd week after the procedure so nor results yet but all seems to be going well. The team answers any questions I have so support is excellent.
