Went together well easy set up Erommy 10x12 hardtop
Went together well fairly easy set up, 2 guys me on one leg. 5 hrs. Looks good and works as expected. No n bad weather yet but will update in the future. Can’t beat the value pricing either. Will recommend to anyone inquiring.

Gazebo was described fairly well. Delivery was via FedEx, and although one box was slightly damaged, the contents were not damaged. The price was very competitive with similar products

Sturdy gazebo and fast shipping
The gazebo was shipped exactly as described and shipping was extremely fast. The instructions were on spot, except for the rain it went up extremely fast with only me putting it together and I am 65 years old.

There were 5 boxes
There were 5 boxes. 4 boxes arrived one day and the other box arrived a day later.
The actual car port is pretty flimsy. The top panels are paper thin. The end corners were crumpled while the box was intact.. so.. those panels were packaged damaged!

Since the warehouse does not have the 4 panels you need for replacement, we had to contact our overseas factory. In the meantime, you can use the panels you already received — they only have slight dents and will not affect your ability to use the gazebo during these two months. Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. Bought a treadmill from them back in January, it broke within 5 months of use and all of their suggestions for it didn't work. Then when I asked for a refund they tried to say it had a month's warranty which obviously isn't consumer law within the UK. Luckily purchased the item via Amazon so was able to get a full refund after around 2 weeks of back and forth. Wish I'd seen the reviews prior to my purchase.

I would've given 5 star, however, the tin was damaged upon shipment. Not enough we couldn't make work but was rippled upon delivery. Other than that it was a great purchase! 2 ppl 8 hour set up. Worst was removing film cover on tin. Overall very happy!

Buyers remorse.
We ordered the 12 x 20 Grill gazebo and it came with no hardware or instructions. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone with the company and when we did reach someone they had to reach out to a different department for help. Now it will take over 2 weeks to receive the hardware. I have tried calling and the phone just hangs up. I took time off from my job to put this together and my job is out of town so I am not home a lot. We regret purchasing this from erommy and should of bought one from Lowes.
After erommy response I tried reaching out to erommy and no tracking is available because it is coming from overseas and they have no idea when we will get the hardware. There is such a better way to do business and this company is a scam. BEWARE BEFORE BUYING. BUYERS REMORSE.

Unable to follow delivery instructions.
the delivery of 16 boxes took 4 to 5 separate deliveries, stopping it's assembly y 2 weeks. In addition your transport, FED EX, paid no attention to the instructions left or the signs left on my front door and prior boxes. I had to takes the boxes to the v.back yard. At my age of 76, it was a heavy task.
